The Project Management minor will provide you with specific and focused content and activities to prepare you for a career in the project management discipline.
You will learn how to apply project management methodologies, techniques, and tools, and how to develop and execute project plans from start to finish, as well as how to manage social, organizational, and contractual aspects of projects.
Our program will also prepare you to pursue further credentials, including skills for the Project Management Institute (PMI) certification test. We will practice utilizing the PMBoK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) for preparation of PMI certification.
The required courses are offered in a variety of formats and schedules. While all the courses are available on campus, several are also available online or on evening and weekend schedules.
Minors are defined as either “studies in the discipline” or as “teaching.”
