Join us for a weekday campus tour! Current UW-Stout students will personally guide you through campus and share both the well-known facts and little-known tips about life at Stout. During your 3-4 hour visit you'll receive:
- a one-hour walking tour
- a one-hour admissions information session
- a free lunch for the student and guest
- a meeting with an academic faculty member for the program of choice (we do our best to schedule this but it is not a guarantee)
A few programs require that you register for the 10am arrival and that you visit on a specific day during the week (All of the other programs have no restrictions on what day or time you can register to visit) please see below:

- a academic expo (optional lab/facility tour for select programs) (NOT OFFERED ON STOUT SATURDAYS)
- a free lunch for student and one guest

Interested in transferring to UW-Stout? Come visit campus for a day devoted to information about UW-Stout and the transfer process. On designated "Transfer Days," in addition to the Campus Preview Days and Stout Saturday activities listed above, transfer students will have the opportunity to participate in the following transfer-specific activities:
- Meet your transfer counselors
- Attend a transfer "Question & Answer" session
- Learn about transfer resources & "Next Steps"
- Scholarship giveaway
- One-on-one academic evaluation and advising (time permitting)
If you are interested in the one-on-one academic evaluation and advising, please bring an unofficial transcript to review with your transfer counselor.

Are you an international student interested in studying at UW-Stout? Come visit campus for a day devoted to information about UW-Stout and the international admissions process. Throughout the day you and other future students can join in on:

- An international admissions overview
- One-on-one academic evaluation and advising (offered to transfer students only)
If you are interested in the one-on-one academic evaluation and advising, please bring an unofficial transcript to review with your transfer counselor.

To register for a International Day, browse the event calendar for the specific date listed above. If you have any questions or cannot attend that day, please email Kerryn Johnson.
We're happy to set up a special visit for groups of seven or more students. Group visits are designed for students in grades 9-12 from high schools, organizations, clubs and college access programs. A group visit typically lasts two to three hours and consists of the following:
- an admissions overview
- a student-guided walking tour
- a student panel
If you are interested in dining on campus during your visit, please contact Kathleen Brown in University Dining Services to discuss options and payment.
We ask for a minimum of two weeks notice before your intended visit. Group visits are considered on a case-by-case basis. During busy times and depending on group size we may not be able to honor all requests.

Parking for UW-Stout Admissions Visitors
For our weekday visitors, we reserve parking stalls on the west side of Sorensen Hall. If all of these are full, please park in any unsigned space and follow the parking directions you received in your confirmation email. If Lot #14 is full, take a left out of the lot, go down the hill and turn right into Lot #27. Note: If you park in one of the admissions reserved parking stalls in Lot #14, you will still need to follow the parking directions you received in your confirmation email.
For our Campus Preview, Transfer Day and International Day visitors, we reserve Lot #29. Look for the UW-Stout representative to point you in the right direction! No permit or pay required to park.
For our Saturday visitors, weekend parking is free and does not require a parking permit or pay to park. Parking Lot #29 is the closest parking to the event.
